PRE-SCHOOL Classes | 45 MINAges 3-5 preschool kids will learn the basics of tumbling through fun, interactive obstacle courses designed with special themes for each week. They will learn basic motor skills, along with going over and under, around through, basic rolls, and an introduction to handstands, and mini cartwheels. The instructor will take them on a journey each week to begin learning these basic tumbling skills and movements. Come join our adventures each week! |
Tumbling Classes

TUMBLING | Beginner Tumbling | 60 MINIntroduction to the basics of tumbling for first timers, or for students still working on their handstand. This class will focus on learning how to support body weight in bridges and handstands, forward and backward rolls, and an introduction to the cartwheel. This class is focused on learning the basic movements that are required to be successful in tumbling. These foundations are the building block of the tumbling safely and correctly. TUMBLING | Level 1 Tumbling | 60 MINThe athletes will do drills and stations to learn, handstands, cartwheel, backbend, bridge kickover, front and back walkovers and a roundoff. TUMBLING | Level 1.5 Tumbling | 60 MINThe athletes will do drills and stations to learn a standing back handspring and work on their round off to get ready for round off back handspring. TUMBLING | Level 2 Tumbling & Back Handspring | 60 MINThe athletes will do drills and stations to learn, round off back handspring, front handspring, and various connections to standing and round off back handspring. TUMBLING | Level 3-5 Tumbling | 60 MINThe athletes will do drills and stations to learn, standing back tuck, round off back tucks, round off back handspring tuck, roundoff back handspring back handspring tuck, side ariels, front tucks, and various combinations of these skills. |

Cheer Basics Class | 90 MINIn this beginner level year-round program the athletes will learn a routine with dance, basic stunting, tumbling, jumps, and motions. They will perform at the end of year for the parents to see what they learned! |
Flyer Training Class | 30 MINExtra Flyer Training for Team Only Jumps Class | 30 MINThis class will utilize drills and stations for jumps to improve technique, height, and timing. Cartwheel Class | 60 MINThis class will utilize drills and stations for cartwheels to improve technique. Flexibility Class | 60 MINThis class is designed to help increase flexibility to aid in jumps, stunting and tumbling. |
